Handthrown in black, grogged clay and glazed with Hesnæs glaze, which is made of natural clay found on the east coast of Falster.
This kind of natural clay melts and becomes a glaze when fired hot enough. On this type of stoneware, this specific glaze comes out very glossy with a deep green/brown colour and a tiny hint of dark speckles.
The cup has a rounded bottom, which makes it really nice and soft holding it.
